RBR-ModUtil will allow users to extract .dat file to its directory structure, and rebuild this structure into a .dat file, letting users modify files contained within (such as sounds in audio.dat.) It also has the ability to edit strings in the bstrings files (located within bstrings.rbz.).
We here at Team Blackhole Motorsports

it does not work ... please help, the utility created some strange folders with illegal letters and now it is not possible to get rid of them - when i want to choose the folder that dat file would be sent to, it says the path is not correct, while creating this illegal name folder, its name is something like CI but instead of I it is nonexisting character and these folders then don'twork and you can't get rid of them
How do I use this to edit bstrings files. I can't load strings.rbz through the program and I can't open strings.rbz simply by clicking on it. Am I missing something obvious or am I missing a certain program? I have very little modding experience so any help you could give would be much appreciated.
If you have a problem with rebuilding the dat, saying "unsupported folder structure" then following tip:
Not the folder that contains all files and folders, but the folder "C|" needs to be dropped on the util!
