We here at Team Blackhole Motorsports

I'm usually at the NSR section but all you have to do to make a .mip file is drag the .tga file over the makemip.exe and in a few seconds, a .mip file will apear.
NOTE: The file size must be a multiple of 2: 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048, 4096,... The .tga file has to be something on the list above or even larger than what is listed as long as you keep up the rate.
