I made this skin from the Volkswagen Golf GTI W12-650 concept.
And I also changed the origninal performnce of GTI.
Now it's a real 4WD car, with 650 HPs and turbocharge effect is added.
Please read the manual in the package for more details.

The true horsepower value of this R650 was set to 390 hps.
If the "fBaseHP" value in the "carsmech.csv" file is changed to make real 650 HPs, then this car can run too fast, so I changed it to "0.65" to make it just under 400 HPs.
And if you want to try a real 650 HPs GTI, then you can change it from "0.65" to "1.083", but then you can not even handle it at all!
