Quite nasty navigating in that site... but I managed to find the dld... I looks realy great but I didn't keep downloading couse the speed was very low (4kbps) Plz add a mirror in rapidshare ;)

PLEASE, PLEASE, upload this skin on Rapidshare.com or some fast service like that. From the link you provided it's not just as slow as 2kb\s but after more than 1 hour of waiting it stopped at 80%. Really there is no reason in the entire world to make things so difficult to download.
