Description:
The SL73 AMG never appeared on the Mercedes Benz price lists and remains little known. But when it was in production it was one of the most powerful cars to be built on the AMG line together with the race car derived CLK GTR road car.
The extremely rare SL73 AMG was sold in 1995, and offered the most powerful V12 engine ever put into an SL up to that time. After a brief gap, the SL73 was offered again from 1998 to 2001. The same 7.3 L V12 was later used in Pagani Zonda.
