| there's not much to say except "WOW!". i mean, i knew this was going to be a fun mod, but i'm completely blown away. i wouldn't be suprised to see the SBDT working for a gaming company after this work is seen by EA, or any other company who makes racing game. thanks SBDT, this is more worth the wait than i thought it would be. |

| It looks very good, but i have made full install of f1 2002, and then i installed this mod, and when i run the executable file, i get an error message, with something like this "run-time error 5. Invalid call or argument".

| Great sim; originally installed on my Dell 800 gz and worked fine under Win 98. The i got a new Dell Pent 4 3.0 gz with Win. XP and upon loading game, i get the intro movie and then the screen goes black, the music plays and you can see the cursor but nothing else. I have reduced the screen resolution but nothing works. | After playing many sims over the last few years I came to the conclusion that GPL would never be beaten for that ultimate seat of the pants exitement. WRONG!!!! This is by far the best game I have ever, ever played. If you like real sims and not playstation wanabes this should be your choice. I was even more blown away after reading some of the development notes with regard to how the physiscs models work. Even the suspension geometry is calculated in real time as well as tyre temperatures grip levels etc etc etc. I am sure I also read that some of the GPL people worked on this MOD. |
