Description:
I pieced this together from various authors until I got a compilation that I thought sounded Like a good likeness to actual "in-car" sounds found from television.
I therefore give credit to everyone who ever created a sound pack for this sim.
Not every aspect sounds perfect (plate tracks) and I wish I could get some 4 barrel intake howl sounds incorporated to the right pitch @ proper rpm, but oh well.
-Installation: I dropped these sounds into the sound folder after removing and backing up the original sounds to a different folder.
I run 90-95% player car and 100% opponent car volumes
Spotter = 70-75%
Everything else maxed out.
I run surround 5.1 with dinky speakers and the neibors still complain. Gotta love it!
I monitor BHMOTORSORTS.COM all the time and please go to the vote section and leave some comments of how it sounds to everbody who uses it. It's appreciated.

Nice work! Probably the best sound around, especially when high-revving, though I would the original sounds for crashing and spinning, because they are to exaggerated. PROBLEM: The game crashes as soon as I get on track when I have the 3D Audio option enabled.
If anyone else is having the same experience try removing the file called "gearshift". It seemed to fix the crash in my case. I don't understand why it caused the game to crash though. Works fine now.
Very well done...everything sounds great...just wish u could hear more tire squeal though it helps me know when i lose front or rear grip(i dont use a force feedback)i use a thomas-superwheel..any way thanks a bunch
