How do add new NASCAR Race name logos to the game like the Kobalt Tools 500 logo?

that would depend on the application. Billboard? Race Sponsor? Car Sponsor? Track Sponsor?

again, wrong Chapman. The race logos in thunder 2004 are in Targa format (.tga). But the directory is right.

Season04/Tracks/Track Name/Race Event/RaceEvent.tga
