Just put the TGA file in the Caterpillar22 folder and the RCD file in the Drivers folder. You may have to modify the Caterpillar22.veh file that's in the Caterpillar22 folder. Just open the file in Notepad and change Driver="Ward, Burton" to Driver="Scott, Wimmer" and save.
