The primary aim is to produce a realistic simulation in homage to the F1 cars of the turbo era and will feature at least 3 seasons: 1982-1985 (~19 cars), 1986 (~17 cars) ,1987-88 (~19 cars)

Scott Micheals was able to have a great interview with Bret Galloway (known as Cuchulain) where we talked about the upcoming Turbo mod for F1C. Well, when I say talked, I mean I demanded questions and he humoured me by replying.
