During the mid-nineties, after the fall of the great Group-C prototypes, three established personalities in the organization of sports car races realized the unwavering desire to race grand touring cars. These three, namely Jurgen Barth, Patrick Peter, and Stephan Ratel formed the BPR Organization, dedicated to organizing GT races for "gentleman" racers and privateers in an endurance-style format

You've reached the BPR Endurance GT Project, a custom mod for EA/ISI's PC game, F1-2002. This project is dedicated to producing quality GT cars that raced in Le Mans and the BPR Global Endurance GT Championship during the mid-nineties, the series which was the direct predecessor of today's FIA GT Championship.
